Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase of Chinese lacquer handicrafts,

we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange. 

Chinese lacquer handicrafts are characterized by their intricate craftsmanship, with each piece embodying the painstaking efforts and time of artisans. We hope you can understand the establishment of this policy.


To be eligible for a return, your Chinese lacquer handicrafts must be unused and unworn, maintaining the original condition as received, without scratches, bumps on the lacquer surface, and with no missing parts. Additionally, the original packaging, along with all accompanying product manuals, warranty cards, etc., must be retained.

Due to the unique nature of Chinese lacquer handicrafts, the return policy does not apply to the following situations:

  • Chinese lacquer handicrafts with customized designs, bearing specific personal markings or patterns. Such products are tailored to meet your personalized needs and cannot be resold, so returns are not accepted.
  • Lacquer accessories that have been used or damaged, deformed, or discolored due to human factors. For example, lacquer earrings with obvious signs of wear, such as lacquer peeling off.
  • Lacquer – crafted gourds that have been opened and affect secondary sales. For instance, if the protective packaging on the gourd has been removed, causing abrasions or scratches on the lacquer surface of the gourd.

Other Non – returnable Items

• Free gifts received during purchase. These gifts are merely part of the promotional activities and do not support separate returns.

To complete the return process, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Situations with Only Partial Refunds

• Chinese lacquer handicrafts with obvious signs of use, bumps, scratches, or damage, which affect the overall appearance and value of the product.

• Chinese lacquer handicrafts lacking some parts (such as earplugs or chains of lacquer accessories) or the original packaging, and the reason for the absence is not our fault.

• Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Chinese lacquer handicrafts, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.

If your application is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or the original payment method within 3 – 5 working days.

Delayed or Unreceived Refunds

If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Usually, there is a certain processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Promotional Items

Only Chinese lacquer handicrafts at regular prices are eligible for refunds. Promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange Chinese lacquer handicrafts with quality issues (such as severe lacquer surface defects, craftsmanship flaws, etc.). If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Return Shipping

To return the item, you need to mail the product to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and the shipping fees are non – refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.

Chinese lacquer handicrafts are of high value. To ensure safety, when returning the item, you must choose a shipping service with insurance and pack it properly to avoid damage during transportation. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
